Ray and Debbie Lusk are owners/innkeepers of The
Pfeiffer Cottage Inn in Albany, OR. They bought the
home in October 2005 and have turned it into a Bed and Breakfast. They received their permit from
the City of Albany last December and have been working
on their home to make it comfortable and inviting to their
guests.
Ray retired from the Corona Fire Department as a Deputy
Fire Chief. He was with the department for thirty years.
He is enjoying his retirement while working
hard as he and his wife have fun running their B & B.
Debbie has been a stay-at-home mom, full-time wife,
volunteer for the Corona Fire Department, was one of
three environment decorators at St. Thomas Church, and
worked as an R.N. for over five years. It has been her
dream for almost 20 years to run a B & B and was very
happy to learn that her husband decided that he could
enjoy it too!
The couple has three children and three grandchildren
currently residing in California. Sandy, their oldest
daughter, is the proud step-mom of Savanna, and mother
to Justin, and Kaelynne. Sherry, their young
est
daughter, just began a career with the local Sheriff's
department; and Steven, their son, is just getting a
taste of life out on his own...
The bed and breakfast has been open since May 1st, 2008.
The Inn has been a great place for guests to relax, get
a good meal, and enjoy the sweetness that the town of
Albany has to offer.
